So we created a fully bespoke adaptogenic mocktail menu.
The Concept
Our brief was to design a menu of alcohol-free cocktails that:
- Contained no artificial sugars
- Used only natural sweeteners
- Included functional, wellness-supporting ingredients
- Felt elevated and event-worthy
Every drink on the menu featured at least one ingredient known for its beneficial properties — from calming botanicals to natural energy-supporting adaptogens.
The Signature Menu
We developed a curated selection of handcrafted mocktails using ingredients such as:
- Ashwagandha for balance and stress support
- Matcha for clean, sustained energy
- Fresh-pressed citrus for immune support
- Raw honey and dates for natural sweetness
- Herbal infusions and house-made botanical syrups
Each drink was designed not only for function, but for flavour and presentation. Beautiful glassware, refined garnishes, and a live bar experience ensured the drinks felt celebratory — not restrictive.
The Impact
The bar became a central talking point of the event. Guests were excited to experience mocktails that felt indulgent yet aligned with their lifestyle choices. The drinks sparked conversation around wellness, ingredients, and mindful consumption — perfectly reinforcing the client’s brand message.
